Ok so my knee has been hurting for a couple days now. I went to the doctor about it yesterday and he said I could possibly have a torn Meniscus (that's the cartilage in your knee  incase you didn't know) but I would have to get an MRI to make sure.

To fix this, would you have to get surgery or does it just heal on it's own?

I would guess mainly on it's own but you would have to take all weight off of it ect but I'm not a doctor

they can rarely do surgery on something like that. IT depends on where the tear is.
